Returns Policy

Most "Buy It Now" purchases are protected by the “Distance Selling Regulations”, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven (7) working days after the day you receive the item.

You may cancel your order any time within Seven (7) days, beginning on the day that you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however, the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable . You must notify us in writing via the “moonstripe” messaging system of your intent to return within Seven (7) days of receipt of the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within Thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation. Any items paid for & collected by the buyer from the Sellers premises will not be refunded after item has been taken away .To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. When items are delivered to you , you must check them thoroughly for any “Transit” damage , and if damaged , you must clearly write “damaged” on the drivers delivery sheet , then take at least 6 different photographs of the damage before contacting us through the “moonstripe” messaging service to make a claim. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. If you arrange a Courier Service yourself for collection of an item , we will not be held responsible for any damages to the item once it has left our premises . Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
